We would be happy to make a reservation for a rental car for you. We deal with a reliable local company to assure that the car you request will be available when you arrive. There are many models of cars available and they range from a subcompact with a manual transmission and air-conditioning to larger cars or jeeps. Current prices for the winter season start at about $35 per day for the subcompact and rise to $115 per day for a sports-utility vehicle. Summer rates run from $20 to $85. Weekly rentals are charged for six days with the seventh day free. There is an 8% government tax and insurance is available at $10 to $20 per day. A credit card is required. You may take a shuttle to to the car rental company office or you may take a taxi (less than $10 and ten minutes) to The Horny Toad Guesthouse and we will make sure that your car is delivered here shortly after your arrival.
